MANAGERIAL WHEELS: It seems the further I go in my business, the faster the wheels turn as I grow in my business and acquire more responsibilities. It’s an ever ending learning journey. I believe I’ll survive if I’m never the smartest person in the room and not back down from the challenge. I’m grateful for NIC members and my coach. I can always put the breaks on, take a breath, and reset. Rather it’s having to network to move to the next level or get encouragement if I feel overwhelmed. Remember: When much is given, much is required!
