I’m looking for suggestions as to what I should do, if anything, when there is a really bad review of my invention on Amazon. The person didn’t even try the product and her review says that she doesn’t think the product will work and that it was a waste of money. Do you just ignore it and quit taking these reviews personally? Or should I address it kindly and professionally? Ugh.
