Hello everyone, I'm Jose (JC) new member here so I've questions: 1-Can anyone share an NDA with strong clauses in favor of the inventor? 2-Does anyone have experience with USPTO ProBono services? 3-I would appreciate a referral to an affordable and reliable attorney to start the “provisional patent” process. 4-I have a v2 mechanical prototype of a mechanical device (hand-held umbrella type) but I need to improve it, so, I am looking for a company/service that can improve it, can anyone refer a company?
