Hello Inventors, I have eclectic interests I suppose, I'm an acupuncturist with physics and chemistry degrees and used to work in analytical chemistry and engineering. I started inventing things fairly recently. A little over a year ago I came up with a method for a way to sequester bromine (or iodine) for use in those zinc-halide battery systems and applied for a patent on the method. Currently I'm pursing a patent for a reusable canning lid design. It's for pressure canning, water bath canning, and vacuum canning foods. It can also be used as a fermentation lock. I've tested the lids...alot, and I have to say I'm really, really tired of eating pressure canned food at this point.
